How Long Will It Take to Receive Your Order?
Customers can expect to receive their orders within 17–24 business days after payment confirmation and processing.

- After your payment is confirmed, your order enters our 24-hour queue before production begins.
- During this window, you may modify your order (size, color, quantity) or cancel it by contacting us at [email protected].
Production Time
- Most items take 7–9 business days to produce.
- Production time may vary slightly depending on the product type.
Shipping Time
- Estimated delivery time:
- 10–15 business days for standard destinations.
- 14–21 business days for international orders.
- Some packages may arrive sooner or later depending on shipping conditions and customs procedures.
- All shipments include a tracking link so you can monitor the status of your order.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees vary depending on your location and order size.
- Total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Re-Shipping Policy
We offer re-shipping in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by the customer.
- The shipping carrier could not deliver the package after multiple attempts.
If the package is returned to us, we’ll re-ship it after receiving the updated address.
Re-shipping fees:
- $10 per item for U.S. orders.
- $15 per item for international orders.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?
We currently support single-address shipping only. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.
Can I Ship to a PO Box or Military APO/FPO?
Yes! We do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note:
- Deliveries to APO/FPO may take 40–45 days.
- Once a package enters a military area, tracking updates may no longer be available due to security regulations.
Will VAT or Taxes Be Charged?
- We do not collect VAT, customs duties, or international taxes.
- Any import fees or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please consult your local customs office for more details about import regulations in your country.
